The mark has the IPPC symbol, a two-letter ISO country code, a producer or treatment-provider code, and a treatment code (HT, DH, MB or SF). ISPM 15 says it should be applied to at least two opposite sides and must not be hand drawn.
In the US, producers mark under programs run by the American Lumber Standard Committee under an agreement with USDA APHIS.
